Meet Our Founder
Vigneshwaran Ayyappan, the visionary behind 4Square Developers, began his journey in the construction industry in 2016, starting humbly with a passion for interior design. With a solid academic foundation in Civil Engineering and a keen eye for design and detail, he has since grown into a trusted leader in the construction space.
Originally from Palani, Tamil Nadu, Vigneshwaran has successfully completed a diverse portfolio of projects across Dindigul, Theni, Ottanchathiram, Pollachi, Coimbatore, Karur, and Aravakurichi. His experience across these regions has given him deep insight into local construction practices, customer expectations, and quality delivery.
